I am so blessed to have been able to participate in The Whimsical Garden Editorial with the best ladies. When Tatiana with Lynette Rose Floral first reached out to me about this shoot, I was SO thrilled. The wispy florals, whimsical gowns and the effortless makeup made this shoot one for the books.

The day Tatiana sent the mood boards to me I was giddy. The gowns she chose from Leanne Marshall were so dreamy. All vendors involved were so uplifting and kind to one another, which is one thing about the wedding industry in South Florida that I love. Most everyone is so loving and supportive.

Regardless of the heat of summer baking us, it was a beautiful day…

 

So let’s talk about this incredible staircase install. The minimal yet romantic design gave me all the happy feels. Such a beautiful piece and was so fun to photograph. I chose to document this frame on Portra 800 which is quickly becoming a staple here at Rebeccah Stewart Photo. The rich tones and deep grain it provides is so inspiring to me. What a fun film to have in my back pocket.

 

 

 

Floral tattoos: a concept that is so unique. When Tatiana whipped these out of her bag, my jaw hit the floor. I think we all should wear our florals from now on.

 

 

 

Ilford Delta 3200: A film that has me swooning… The grain and pure elegance of this film is a personal favorite. so thankful black and white never goes out of style.

 

 

 

With the wispy florals in this bouquet, the raw edge of the fabric, whimsical gown and floral tattoos, this has to be a favorite. I love that the color from the gown fills the frame of the film I shot. Details, details, details…
